In utter dependence upon Jesus Christ our everliving Savior, Teacher, Lord, and Friend:
We Celebrate and respond to God’s gracious love with a commitment to repent of our sins and
receive God's forgiveness and free gift eternal life that comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We
demonstrate this commitment in the prayers, presence gifts and service we share through Living Mosaic :
Montrose church. Our spirit is transformed by connections to
other apprentices of Jesus Christ who encourage us toward spiritual formation into Christ like maturity. By
means of the mighty power of the Holy Spirit we worship God through community service and Care at home,
work, church and wherever we go in the world.
Once you commit to follow Jesus, it is important to demonstrate this commitment through the prayers,
presences gifts and service you share with the family of God. We would like to invite you to be part of our family.
These are the steps you can take.
1. Indicate your decision on the connection card during any service or gathering.

At Living Mosaic : Montrose Church we believe God has made you for a purpose!
Finding and fulfilling your God-given purpose is one of the greatest discoveries you will make in life. This online
SHAPE process is a tool to help you discern your unique SHAPE and empower you to connect in a meaningful
place of service. The Bible tells us, "we are
God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

What's SHAPE?
SHAPE stands for Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experience. Although there are many paths
to discovering your best place of service, the online SHAPE assessment is one way to learn more about the
role you can play in God's grand story!
Getting Started (create an account)
Saving your Results
At the end of each assessment you will be given the opportunity to save your results and return at a later time to
complete or revise them.
1. On the toolbar on the left side under the login area, click on Create new account.
2. Complete the Registration.
3. You will automatically be logged in using your username and password. As a reminder, an email will be sent
to the email address you provided with your login information. Note: Until you click logout on the toolbar you will
stay logged in even if you close your browser.
4. Start your SHAPE Assessment by clicking on

Privacy Statement and Sharing your Results
All SHAPE assessment information is confidential. You will have access to your specific results.
Choosing Your Place of Service
Once your assessment is complete, you will be give suggestions for the best places to use your gifts at Living
Mosaic. You will find sign up sheets for all available ministry positions at the info table in the lobby on Sunday
Morning and Wednesday night.
